Your role is bring your agenda to each session. Please take some time before we begin each session to think about what you would like to talk about and what is important for you to take away from your session.
Remember that emotions are normal and may come up as we talk. That is just fine! We will acknowledge your feelings and use them as we work towards getting you to your goal for the session.
You are always free to contact me between sessions if you have something you want to talk about or an update about something we’ve already discussed. The best way to to this is to send me an email and I will either suggest a quick phone call or add it to our next session as an agenda item.
